Fulfillment & Refund Policy
Services delivered: Velos provides cloud-hosted software-as-a-service (SaaS) and accompanying professional services. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery timeline: Platform access is provisioned digitally within 24 hours of contract signature or as otherwise stated in the Master Subscription Agreement (MSA).
Returns / Cancellations: Because the service is subscription-based and custom-configured, returns do not apply. Cancellation and termination terms are governed by the MSA.
Refunds: Any refunds are handled pursuant to the MSA. Customers should email support@tryvelos.com to initiate a request.
